He has served as a university professor for more than 40 years, teaching graduate and executive education in management, leadership, and quality systems. He is the founder of Quality Trainers Institute, a global consulting and training firm that partners with organizations to build effective leaders and high-performing teams.
As an entrepreneur, Dr. Kalaras has founded and built businesses in marine services, manufacturing, and education. He brings real-world experience as a business owner who understands challenges and delivers practical solutions that drive growth and profitability.
His influence extends across the globe. He has consulted in 12+ countries, delivered more than 1,000 workshops, and advised leaders in Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, universities, and non-profit organizations.
